WE have been awarded a number in the U.S. House Of Represenatives.

Great news! We are one step closer to making a dream come true. Today I was informed by the National Legislative Officer that we have been awarded a number in the U.S. House of Representatives for the Congressional Gold Medal request for awarding the Medal to our Original Montford Point Marines. The Bill number is H.R. 3927/Congressional Gold Medal for the Montford Point Marines. The Congressional Gold Medal for the Montford Point Marines has now been assigned a number in the SENATE and the U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES

These are the Bill numbers:

Senate: S1695/Congressional Gold Medal for the Montford Point Marines.
House: H.R. 3927/Congressional Gold Medal for the Montford Point Marines.
Again, I would like to thank PNP Geeter for spearheading this initiative and staying engaged even when we experienced the minor setbacks.
